How to use it

Fill it in with Microsoft Excel

Download the .xlsx file and open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

Fill in your business details once and save it as your master copy.

For each job, enter quantities and unit prices: amounts, subtotal, tax and total calculate themselves.

Set your tax rate in the Tax rate cell, then export a PDF to send.
