How to use it

Fill it in with Google Sheets

Click “Make a copy”. Google opens your own copy in your Drive; you need a free Google account.

Fill in your business details once and rename it as your master copy.

For each job, make a copy and enter quantities and unit prices: amounts, subtotal, tax and total calculate themselves.

Set your tax rate in the Tax rate cell, then send it with File › Download › PDF.
