Delete your account

BuildWell, by Sera Studios LLC

In the app

Open BuildWell and go to Profile → Delete account.
Confirm it’s you, then tap Delete my account.

If you haven’t subscribed, Delete account is on the subscription screen.

Without the app

Email Admin@Buildwellapp.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my BuildWell account.” We’ll confirm by email once it’s done.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, business profile, estimates, invoices, clients, photos, logos, signatures, and generated files. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke BuildWell’s access to your Apple ID.

What is kept

Records of payments made through BuildWell are kept for the period needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and payment disputes, and then deleted. Copies in backups are removed on their normal schedule. See our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
